    Goin' Gluten Free

I got bloodwork done in April for tick borne diseases. I'm sitting on the couch reading the email saying I don't have any, and I pull a deer tick off my neck. :|:

    Reaming

I didn't rear all of that, but it looked like they complicated the crap out of a pretty standard technique?

    How'd it go today?

You never know when it'll hit. One day, you wake up, and you want to be a wombat herder. Just putting it out there. :/:

    Goin' Gluten Free

I'm not sure. Last night I had the normal symptoms from eating that meal. Tonight, I still have a headache, no energy, feels almost like pneumonia. Might end up in the ER if no improvement. I can usually work along at a slow pace in this weather. Today, just running the Kubota was a challenge.

    Goin' Gluten Free

Well, I may have a cause and effect story. I gave up the baguette and garlic butter months ago. I didn't really correlate that to basically no headaches. I attributed that to maintaining just enough Monster to keep the caffeine withdrawal to a minimum without actually drinking as much Monster as...

If you laughed at this, sorry this is no help for you. Fortunately, the condition isn't terminal.

    "New" saw

I remember when you got that 200. Maybe Milwaukee will make a rear handle version of my top handle so I won't get so much crap for using it on the ground. Not that that stops me.:/:

Thanks Burnham. I get things done, but I think Al has me beat by a good bit. I'm just not smart enough to ask myself if I can actually do what I'm about to do. I just jump in and figure out the details later.

    How'd it go today?

I finally got to work on my stuff today. Oil change and hoses on my backhoe. Pulled my dump truck out of the weeds in preparation for getting it running. First trail hike in months.

I was officially 6' 2 5/8" at the oncologist last December. Imma chalk that up to hair loss, I've been claiming 6'3" for decades.

Many of our vintage Internationals, 656, 826, 1256, have 6 volt in series, and most are 3E/4E. It works, but 31S batteries from Fleetpride, or any truck store, are cheap and available.

    Stikine's guiding thread

I see plenty of black bears. Usually no trouble from them, exception being their affinity for trash cans. There was a bear vehicle incident yesterday on the other road to my lawn mower client, but that is very rare.

You can start here. They will put different ends on, or even Anderson connectors. Real battery cables are not cheap...

When you grow up as a poor farmer, you learn how to fix a lot of things. This mobile mechanic thing is growing, there is a definite need.

Fixed a couple of neglected lawn mower today. Both would have been very expensive JDs when new. Happy custy with more work. Helped jump start a stranded guy at the grocery store. I was happy to help. My friend's uncle Jeremy was reluctant. He doesn't believe in Karma, I guess. I have to...

    How'd it go today?

I think my laptop has finally given up on life. After several restarts, finally have a home screen, Win10, but it won't load a browser. I only use it for YouTube. Is this Microsoft getting revenge, or is it just end of life shenanigans for a six year old laptop?
