    @CurSedVoyce yes I googled it when I saw the BBL snowstorm and your work pic of snowy roads on your way to appts, I wanted to see how far you were from BBL given that you were both apparently getting the same storm system. Further apart than I would have guessed

    Dang, this morning at 4:45am local eagle time, it looks like it's been a long night- temp has dropped, wind still raging, lotta snow accumulated on the nest. Being an eagle aint all strawberries and rainbows.

    The nest is built 145ft up in a Jeffrey Pine tree ~7100ft ASL, one of the highest elevation Bald Eagle nests in the US! It is measured ~5 1/2’ wide and 6’ deep. Crazy wind and snow atm
