Reminds me of a photo that I think was taken up in Washington. Maybe the Olympic National Park area. Not as big a tree on the roof though. Either this is a really wet climate or there's some long roots ... yes ??

I saw a Norway Spruce growing in the crotch of a big Black Willow. Probably fairly common in wet areas.
