Tree Houser selfie thread

Sometimes the backgrounds are as interesting to see as the person.

Oh, absolutely.
I just enjoy seeing the different work situations that people have.

Ha, I'm originally from Bermuda so don't feel bad!
As long as you can string together...'yea, no, look' and 'you'll be right' you can maintain the disguise...sshhh :/:

Bermuda.......KRIKEY

how was that?:/:

Born and raised fantastic place to grow up...too crowded and expensive to live there now though, so we moved from a sub tropical paradise to a temperate paradise and don't regret a second.

Taken a couple of days ago during my first try out of a new PMI Chest Roller. I had to mount the HH above the roller or the roller would keep the hitch from engaging....just a one time deal...won't happen again.

The photo was taken sitting on the HH. Standing up puts the chest roller almost to the HH. With the HH clipped directly to my harness (rock climbing type), if I attempt sit back onto it, the roller pushes the hitch down.

Yesterday I used the HH clipped to the harness normally and the chest roller, but added a hand ascender above the roller as my connection point while climbing. I took the rope off the chest roller and removed the hand ascender once I was up where I wanted to be. This worked well and I could use the hand ascender to set up a 3-1 for short moves when needed. I also took my first baby steps away from the trunk out onto the limbs.

As for webbing tethers, I have no problem sewing up anything I need.
