To me, safety pruning has usually meant major deadwood and obvious hazards. But like Patrick's boss, there isn't much allowance for time for shaping or appearance.

another short one. cottonwood take down in two pieces to fit the dropzone.

Heres a job from today :) Yesterday would have been fun to film too. Just taking out a maple in the backyard.

Yep, nice one Ben...smooth as usual mate. Like the soundtrack you chose too! Client refrain from turning into a raging bitch yesterday? She seemed ok before I left site....

660 was acting up, original plan was to crane the wood off but couldn't block the street, watered the rope a bit to keep things cool, a nice friday.

Nice Gord! Do you guys have Rednecks up there in Canada? You should ship that 660 down to us so we can port that thing for ya. That thing sounds sick as a dog.

Cool vid Gord, I always enjoy them. Just noticed I wasn't suscribed, just took care of that too.

What do ya'll do with all the wood? I noticed the small chipper and you always seem to do some monsters.

Are you serious Deva? No offense man, I mean: "to each his own," and all that sort of thing; but, in all seriousness--why? Then again..... it might just be me. Our rigging is so old, and such crap, that we always have to take stuff super small, and are always scared to death at that!
