In the process of tinkering on this saw, I've seen that it has a removable cylinder, rather than being a clamshell design.

That means I can bump the compression.

I'm impressed. The saw response is very so noticeable. I wonder though if you used the same chain through all the runs?

Yes sir, same chain. Right outta the box and on the saw.

Then theoretically if you put on a new chain on each mod the time would have improved across the board. You did a hell of a job. Thank you

Opening that muffler I think did more than jumping the time .If it can't get out it can't get in .Seeing how it's a removable cylinder rather than a clam I have no doubt you can make it sing .
