It's up to that narrow 'lil space we have at the top, it SUCKS. Doc only has a small area to work with. I'll show that to him.

It's an optical illusion, the header size is the same as on the older version of vBulletin.

No, I'm thinking he only has a little space to work with. I don't even think he can center it. It HAS to be off to the side like that, and way more smaller of an area to work with than we'd like. It really frigging sucks, but I dunno, I could be wrong - I HOPE. Doc won't be awake until 6. I'm working on getting different skins, too - if possible. Ya'll could help, too; just google vbulletin 4.0.6. skins and have a look around.

Just a couple of questions about using the new site. Why when I click on "reply to thread" do I get sent automatically to "quick reply" and where did the "smiley" toolbar go that was on the other site ? Maybe I have some settings wrong ????

You have to click on go advanced to find the smilies. A minor PITA.

edit: this is Doc.

if you right click on the little header graphic, you can see the size. the old logo was much larger. the new vbulletin logo is tiny. thats all i am doing is replacing the logo.png with an identically sized transparent image.

I'm not liking the reduced functionality of this particular skin, more imagery but less content. A lot more scrolling on the front page due to larger silly images on the left side of the categories, there's no list of members who have been online today at the bottom of the front page (helpful to quickly see who has checked in today), and I'm missing the wonderful 'unread posts' button at the top of the page telling me exactly how many unread posts I have at any time.
