I just purchased a pair of these saddle suspenders....pretty cheap. I don't have a Weaver saddle, but with a little modification, these can work quite well. They seem well made.

I wrote catching... did i spell it wrong? I just didnt want someone to thing it was a rigging rope in the sense of catching and lowering limbs. But i didnt want to say not a rigging a rope because pulling, tagging etc still qualify as rigging to me i guess. Sorry if that doesnt make sense.
