No one? A bit surprised if true.

Nice guy Dave said he likes it. He has been using it for a while now. I asked about it back when it first appeared on the WesSpur site and it is going to be my next climb rope purchase.

Wonder if it works well through a Pantin?
I am needing a longer rope than I have. Guess it wouldnt be smart changing now. Just been real happy with Poison Ivy. Heard some say the Vortex has a reall good feel to it.

I had read that.
My thinking was it is always good to hear hands on use from the field.
But I have used some rope like New England's Fly that others were praising when it came out & I didn't really like it at all.

I like it a lot. Feeds through a Pantin fairly well, works great for SRT. I climb SRT pretty exclusively now and I like the larger feel of the Vortex. Heard its great for DdRT as well. Overall, Vortex is a great line that I'd recommend.

Yeah, I really want to try it too. I love full half-inch line for the hand-grip effect, but I'm addicted to 24 strand now, so I'm always climbing on skinnier stuff like Blue Moon. I can't wait to get the Vortex stuff. Holds the world too: something like 8,800 lbs, which has got to come in handy when you're an inbread who often ropes out wood with his climb-line.:|:

I checked some of the pictures and what I have been climbing on is Vortex. I have nothing bad to say about it, it works with my beeline, however I had to tighten my VT up form how I normally tied it. It is seeming to hold up well and hasnt shown any wear at all in the month I have been using it.
