online gambling is best avoided. I've heard of so many people i know directly getting into a lot of debt doing that.
I wouldn't encourage anyone to gamble, and not the point of this thread. Just saying that with blackjack the player has a much better chance against the house if you have studied the percentages with the varying deals, how to respond, and also how the rules of the various games being played give favor or not to the player. I was wondering if anyone had experience via the logic, and the results they had found? Luck is a definite element too. Steve, I'd be curious what your friends were playing, and if blackjack, did they study the game before gambling?

Gambling? Does investing everything I have into a business and saying "I bet I can make a living doing this" count?


I think gambling is an idiot tax, for the most part.
