Moving a chip box from a truck to a truck

I'm wondering if its worthwhile to move a chip box and man-cab (possibly converted to mini/ stumper space) to a cab and chassis? My box is 4.5' tall, 11' southco box, and is functionally solid. The pto hydraulic pump is old, but never a problem.

Might be better to just try to buy a chip truck, or build/ customize a bed.

Thoughts?

Depends on dimensions but if you can get the box and hoist for the right price and the fit is close enough, it's cheaper to swap. Too many variables for a yes/ no answer

Yep. Plus knowing a fabricator would help.
