Limiter caps

Lets say you used the drywall screw trick to remove stihl limiter caps. During removal you broke a cap.

What would you use to put back in the hole to stop the screws from turning during operation? Will they even turn?
 
Find a spring that will fit around it fairly snugly, or even a piece of foam if there is part of the case or whatever that will hold it in place. The foam idea is from a Zenoah i have that has a ring of foam around the oil flow adjustment screw to keep it from turning.
