Happy Tree Day!

I know there is an Arbor Day in most states, but Sept. 21, 2011 was declared to be Canada's first National Tree Day. Pretty exciting...right?

We donated and planted a small Tartarian maple at a local elementary school today. Pics to come.

I repaired some sod and mowed a lawn. Next year I will do something more arboristish.

I sent out 3 tree killing crews and 1 stump grinding crew.

The title, "National Tree Day", does not imply how one is to observe or celebrate it.

My observation of this day is strictly monetary.

+ it was a happy day because all my staff came back safe, nothing got broke and we were profitable!

I still have it in the back of my Smartcar, I keep forgetting to send it...........thanks for the reminder!

The rains have come to the PNW, a tee shirt is practically irrelevant until about next June. No rush.
