Getting Ready for Spring!

Spring is almost there and couldn't be more excited about it!
Any tips on how to prepare the team, the company for the busiest season of the year?

BTW, I wanted to boost up my online presence for the remaining months.
Any advice?

Not sure how well "online" works for tree work. If /I/ were to do it, I'd get a memorable domain name, build a website, and have compelling informative pictures and text describing what you do, as well as tips for homeowners to do things themselves. I'd put that website on my trucks so people would see it when they pass by. IMO, the tips for homeowners would be the most important part. That'll get people to your site who don't necessarily think they want tree work at the time. They'll come for the info, and perhaps line up some work once they get think about it some.
