When I was a kid they intrigued me. I wish I woulda had this to read!

Yah MB, i got umm , i guess everyone does .
I used to think somthing was wrong with me , but i got ptosis ,and it has way more floters in tit than my normal eye.
It sux.....
 
I havent noticed any myself for a few years but as a kid I sure did.
ha, yeah, sciencey stuff always interested me, still does usually. :)

I have a jillion of em, too - along with the crickets in my ears. I guess I'll be free of them when I'm in the ground.

Better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick!
 
Ha! Butch I remember a looooooooooong time ago, you started a thread about floaters. The old Treehouse, maybe AS..........

I like them. Gives me something to focus on in the dentist chair. ;)
 
Its been a long time since I've notice them. I thought it was simply some very very small particals of dust on the surface of the eye. Always went away after a moment or two!

Just frikkin great, now I can't stop focusing on mine......

I had a friend growing up who's father was a total space cadet. He had lost his mind in Viet Nam, and was convinced that floaters were actually aliens called 'atlantians'. He recently retired from the US Postal service. True story.
 
I thought they were broken blood vessels, and before that when I was just a wee lad, I thought they were little worms. I think my older brother told me that.
