Chip truck with a headache rack. Looks like government specs if I were to guess. A for-profit company would never commission a truck like that.

Might be handy for street clearance. Set a guy on the headache rack with a trim saw and let him cut whatever he can reach.

Its an old city truck. Chip truck. I bet the platform atop the cab was used to stand on to prune (polesaw) low limbs from Blvd trees.

It's white, looks pretty heavy duty, looks like you put some stff in the back, and has some neato toolboxes on the side!!
The black thing on top would be great for hauling a canoe or several pairs of skis!!!
Wouldn't that be neato!! take the family skiing and canoing all the while having most of the tools you need at hand!!

I am in the same boat as you Darin.. Holding my financial cards for the next year and hopefully be in a good position to upgrade some things here. Or add to it. Pends on the money... Right now just holding out. I bet we see some really smoking deals next year
