So it worked on the second try. Bet you that was because I didn't write schnaps on the costums label. Some postal worker drank the first.

I ordered a new pair of suspenders from "Betterspenders" in Oregon. Not because my old pair was worn out ( I don't think they can wear out) but because Pfanner has changed the waist height in my logging pants. So I ran out of adjustment. The new pair is "Extra small" which is kind of a joke...

I wasn't joking, Cory. If it works on trees the size we usually fall, great idea. If it doesn't, better that Pete spends money on it, than I.

It is actually amazing for what it is: We were doing a big job for the State forest on the mainland. 5 loggers going over to stay and work for 2 weeks. First day we meet a forestry guy wearing this. Laughed ourselves sick, we did. He might as well have been wearing pink stockings with black...

175 mm. 48 hp 750 kg. They delerately keep it below the weight, where one needs a trailer license to tow it. Since I rent it out, that is a good thing.

My Swiss wife is somewhat anal about leaves in the fall. I came out yesterday and she was raking the area in front of the house. So I said, there are no less than 2 leafblowers here, why not use one of those. Noisy, heavy, hard to start, was the answer. Since I already have the battery system...

I have a good story about that. My erstwhile partner was looking at his logging hard hat and noticing it had started to crack. So I checked mine and it was WAY over due for throwing out. Full of cracks. So on the way home I went by my dealer and bought a new one. Next day I felled a medium oak...

Or walk beneath a working climber wearing each one and see when you're most likely to get flattened by a branch!

Write them and ask if they'll do it. They are super nice folks. I was planning on swinging by Kellogg idaho and trying some of their boots on the way to visit Dave and Jim. Then first chemo, then Corona put an end to that.
