It is a problem in Denmark as well.
Enough of one that our present government is funelling extra money into the trade school system to make it more attractive for students.
Also they are talking about having the same grade requirement as college in order to keep the bottom...
Exactly.
I thought there was a lot of unemployment in the US.
Here we have LOTS of hopeful youngsters who ant this kind of work, when we take on new apprntices we can literally pick from 50 applican't and I get at least one call/email a week from people asking for an apprenticeship.
I don't have any of the problems mentioned.
If someone isn't working out, they get fired, pronto!.
Plenty of guys and girls out there who wnts their job.
We treat our employees really well, but have zero tolerance for screw-up, drunks, lazy or plain stupid ones.
