    How /I/ would try to do it with the hillbilly tools I have around here is put in a coffee can with sand and small rocks, and shake, shake, shake... Might take a week or more of doing it when you feel like it. Everything will be dry, so it can still be used on the dog. When(if?) the scale is gone...

    If I was gonna market it, I like Iron Mule. Unfortunately, a search says there's a forwarder made of that name. Might run afoul of trademark law. Could go with Iron Donkey. It does the same things a mule does, but on a smaller scale.

    Looks good to me. If you were artistic(I'm not), you could use that exact design, except have a wood slab instead of plywood, and carve a design in the face of it. Oil the wood when finished.

    Divide by 10. 3.4k. Don't know anything about welding, and not sure what a mini is in the context, but that doesn't seem insurmountable as a rolling load,
