Forget the jackass bit, but if you haven't seen Fitzcarraldo you really missed something. No way that movie could be done today. Actually based on a bloke called Brian Sweeney Fitzgerald. Fitzcarraldo - Wikipedia - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fitzcarraldo Not a real popular guy with the...

Not from Denmark, but Sweden & UK. Probably a few here might like it. After civilization succumbs to a deadly pandemic and his wife is murdered, John Wood - a special forces soldier - abandons his duty and becomes a hermit in the Nordic wilderness. Years later, a wounded woman appears on his...

This is next on my list, I like westerns. He's no Clint lookalike that's for sure.

Clint's got a new one. Seems to look alright, if you liked The Mule you should like it.

Watched Wander tonight. Not new, 2020. If you like Tommy Lee Jones, Heather Graham or Katheryn Winnick you might like it. Produced and directed by Daniel Murphy I think.

Fatman looks watchable, it's been a while since Mel made a good one. This isn't new but it's a good Christmas movie.

I just nearly finished Reprisal if you like messed up. No actual time frame but some nice old cars & bikes. Only 10 episodes, one to go but I had to watch a few twice. Reprisal (TV Series 2019– ) - IMDb - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8594028/ Guess when I watch the last one it's going back to...

I saw that on the news tonight. I think Ruiz must have been a Butterbean fan, looked a bit like his style. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/jFKAFj-GcXk" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture"...

I'm not a Stallone fan, don't think I've ever watched one of his movies. Never missed an Arnie one though, and there were some other good ones around that time. Bit hard to beat Charles Bronson for revenge movies. Times have changed a bit.

Clint's got a new one out, he's 88 now. I first saw him in Rawhide when I was about 11, he sure has done some good movies since then. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/N_QksSzK7sI" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope...

Watched this last night on tv, someone seemed to think it was a good time to put it on. Filmed in Cairns, there's a cyclone up there and big storms all up the east coast. It wasn't too bad for a low budget movie. There was thunder and rain here all through it so that might have worked for it...

I sort of got that impression a long time ago. Yellowstone is from the same guy that did Sicario, that was alright but the second one looks a lot better. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/sIMChzE_aCo" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media"...

Watched this last night, it's a bit odd as well. Danish western filmed in South Africa with Jeffrey Dean Morgan/Negan as the bad guy. It's not Hollywood so pretty slow, a bit like the old spaghetti westerns. It's in English, just a few subtitles at first. Don't put anything off to watch it...
