Have to say, I like Jobber a lot. Simplified so many things. Well worth it to me, even using the basics, with one crew. If I'm working solo, I need the time-efficiency even more. I thought that they were going to have a Jobber link that can be embedded into websites for Service...

They just added text message bid notification with a hyperlink. People don't have to access email to read and approve the work. Easy.

I would like it to be able to print on the proposal directly, and/ or be able to note that by signing the paper or electronically, they agree to the T & C in a file name "terms&conditions.pdf". Recently, I was to 'grind to grade' (I went below the soil level by inches, by digging loose soil/...

They are beta testing the Request a Bid/ Service-autopopulate to Jobber thingy built into your own website. I look forward to this feature.

Evan, that was the story I got from tech support... Updated only about 4 times daily, IIRC.

I don't like giving a percentage. I wouldn't mind a $10 flat fee, which is what you're paying on a $400 dollar job. $3000 jobs are around $90 in fees. Losing $90 to get paid sucks. I think I could offer a cash/ check discount, in order to only charge the customers who want to use the CC option...

I got an email back from a customer that seemed to have the Jobber "cover page" including the total bid amount, but nothing that had the itemized specs. Maybe it was in there, and it didn't look at it right. I'm used to having people's signature on spec'ed contracts, or an attached copy of the...

Thanks. 2.7% $0.30 versus 2.99%... Seems like the $0.30 fee will will it over the extra .29% quickly. I don't know the balance point without some math. They can insert a "I want a quote" form on your web page. I have been trying to get something like this set up, but not had time/...

Jobber is 2.7% plus $0.30 per transaction. It can integrate with Swipe/ Square for $5/ mo. I don't know if Square is 2.75% or 3%, but IIRC, its one of those. Basically, the same or slightly cheaper. I'll switch to Jobber, I think. With email invoicing, they have a Pay Now option...

I have my Get-up-to-speed tech support phone appointment coming soon. I'm curious about taking payments. What's Jobbers' fee? I'm using Square, occasionally, now. Willie switched to some local processor for let fees. Willie--- what do you pay in fees?

So far, so good. There is a $75 x 2 referral bonus/ discount, $75 for referring company, $75 for referred. If you talk to a person, they can look up a company by name and location as the referrer.
