    I lower the head but put in on a block of wood, which I also use for removing/refitting the dual wheels.

    Iv got a refrigerant dryer, never actually used it though. Really must set it up sometime.

    Yes, I like machines that bend in the middle. It's the homeowner model though, cable steering so it's a bit heavy.

    I have a contractor with a big machine, one of my ex employees who set up on his own. I don't really want to run a big grinder, quite happy to contract that out, but on the smaller trees it's more cost effective to do the stump there and then.
