    Kinda, I saw it online , Ive been looking for this kind of mill for years and it was a good price I think so I jumped on it. I have access to so many logs it just makes sense.

    Also I feel like $2k is a steal for that log, 1 cant imgine finding a log 1ox12 at that length let alone transport and mill it. Which freakin wackos do that

    What would you do with such a timber?? Surely it cannot support itself and a roof, a ridge beam maybe. Somebody with WAY too much money will buy it so they can boast about it rather than build smart. Just my drunken ramblings. impressive timber non-the-less

    Starting to really enjoy my mill. Starting a new project, addition for the kids rooms as we have a 1200sq' house with 2 beds and a boy and a girl. Milled this poplar log and got 23 3x8s for the floor trusses.
