Did it have so much power that it smashed the rod bearing? I expect eventual bearing failure in a high power race saw.

I am. The 590 is popular around here as good bang for your buck power. Is that 70dl?

Ok, I just found if I hit the gear, it turns green and all other options disappear including smileys.

Cool it bro, I'm just messing with you is all. The smilies aren't available on my phone for some reason, so they aren't around to lighten the mood. Some very recent problem I guess on my end.

I dont need points with you, and I wouldn't want your pet rat chewing holes in my saw's air filter cover. My word is good enough. If someone isn't happy with what they get, they can send it back. I'm just messing with you, man. I'm really a nice person.

I know you wouldn't, you've said so Chainsaws are already over priced in my opinion, I enjoy saving people money, besides there's enough left over for me. Anyway, I don't have a log big enough to be worth videoing right now. One is on order the next time the local tree co gets a good one.

How about a stock saw video. Comparing Husqvarna 550xp mkII against a Stihl 362c and an Echo 590, all running big tooth 3/8 chain 7t. The last clip the 550 is running oregon chain, all other clips before they are using the same Stihl chain.

I feel like it is appropriate, but it is a small saw with a small tank. I haven't noticed needing to refuel it by an inconvenient amount, but I try not to only cut big (10-16") with it which will run it dry quickly. I've found it best to port them for torque, that helps them to run strong at a...

A ported 2511t will wipe the floor with a 193t. I've compared them before after removing the screen and opening the muffler deflector a slight bit on a 193, it was a couple seconds slower with noticably less torque than a ported 2511t that wasn't even as strong as I make them now. They won't...

It's smart to see what the competition is doing especially when you'll be selling hundreds of them, so I wouldn't be surprised if he did. I could care less about gas used, I just want to get the work done faster. And more power can help run a larger sprocket, which can greatly improve mpg. My...

Back to saw videos. I measured this 620 to be about 1.5lbs lighter than an old 372, both with varying amounts of fluids around half full, and both with the same bar and chain. 620p vs original 372. Same chain used in all cuts in the video, but the 372 needed a different bar.
