    I cannot file those little chains so I just use a normal file (the one for a 200/201) Seems to work just as well.

    I find that strange, I like the breather, give a break from the madness to assess the job and plan the next phase. The idea of carrying around extra shizzle to avoid a 2 minute break seems daft.

    Ha ha! I’m only just getting used to the idea that it hasn’t fallen off the harness because there’s no weight.

    That about sums it up for me as well, mine is not modded but with the spark arrestor out and the 1/4 chain it’s a dream up the tree.

    Not sure really, seems to have better pick up, but could be illusory. My dealer suggested taking the gauze out (after I had already done it) he fixed a little electrical fault on the warranty afterwards. If you went full medieval with the exhaust I suspect you’d invalidate it.

    Re. the bar debate. I got an Echo bar with the little 1/4 chain. Only other mod was the spark arrester removal.
