Yeah my 540i's will pull 40 cm/16inches. The predecessor models would not. I switched to running mostly 14 inch bars because I use the 540i mostly for pruning, don't need 16" cutting length most of the time - AND - the 28" Stanly Fat Max plastic toolbox will perfectly hold two saws, charger...- Merle Nelson
