    Didnt really sound like an exhaust leak. Most times they sound like a knock, rather than a hiss. Glad he found something though. Would leak worse when cold before the metal expands.

    You can be in the wrong gear with a manual. 5000 board feet of rough cut fir.........steep hill..........single lane traffic at the bottom. Breaks on fire, hanging out the window telling people to get the hell outta the way!

    :lol: I was kind of thinking it sounded like it was keeping time with a compression stroke, had a tempo to it any way. I have heard air compressors make that noise, unloader valves, even engine breathers, head gaskets and such. Good advice to start by checking the hoses from the air...
