Tree jacks are no longer being made?

Wonder what Silvey would charge to basically make it new again, with seals, etc?

Are you sure that there aren't any old timers in your area? You have to make yourself available. A guy I know near me just brought in four saws to get checked out, and bummed some wedges, but he's only 82 . After knee surgery he's back at it.

I bet that is interesting to observe.

What about those other brand jacks? They tend to be heavier?

There must be a few of those tree jacks sitting around being unused in people's garages? Never know, might need to jack up the corner of the house at some point.

Just a side note to this thread, though no tree jacks appear to be listed, I see that Bailey's has a complete online current master catalog that you can download. All my struggles to get a catalog may have been for naught, if this download has been going on for awhile. I never noticed it...
