Looks great. I'd tape the ferrules in place. Pulling on the line as you climb can move the ferrule against the side of the tree and 'unscrew' it, leaving your rope exposed to the cut edge of the conduit.

FJR, I use a large needle to splice an eye in Zing-it (locked mobius brummel)and just girth hitch it on the ring of the throwball (pass spliced eye through ring, place bag through eye and tighten up) It breaks loose easily and no more knots...

I have never used the conduit style for active rigging, but have used them to ease hauling up heavier items like bigger saws and cabling supplies and the gas drill; makes the pulling easier for the groundie..

If you're making yourself some of the conduit type look for the Anaconda brand liquidtight flexible electrical metallic tubing. It has a much smaller bend radius than other tubing, for smaller diameter hardwood TIPs. The ferrules out of Thomas and Betts liquidtight fittings are what I use for...
