I have been told to follow close to 20 g of carbs in the form of green veggies. That is for pure weight loss,no exercise. I am going to adjust that till the energy level feels right running.
Cut out sugar completely. Been eating meat eggs and cheese just lots of it. 2 gallons of water a day. Running 3 miles a day. And walking around 5 miles. IMO my plan is working just have my ratios off a bit.

I signed up for a myriad of foot races for a three week period from the end of march through mid April. I need to shed some weight quickly. Been doing meat, eggs and cheese for the past 2 days. Splurged on oreos tonight though got to start all over tomorrow.
