    It's a wine really, they call it a sipping wine and due to that and the colour "whisky" I used to make a lot of wine but that one is pretty tricky, takes a lot longer than usual. The recipe is from an old beer and wine making book.

    Looks like a Lemon Scented Gum, Corymbia citriodora. They grow on the east coast, a lot in Sydney. Ghost Gums are a bit brighter and only grow in Central Australia. Ghost gum, Corymbia aparrerinja.

    What's the weather like in your neck of the woods?

    Really nice the last few days now the rain has gone. Wettest April in 34 years and wettest May for 15 a week ago. Clear blue sky yesterday and full moon last night. -2 this morning, had the fire going the last two nights. One week till winter, it'll get cold soon with the ground so wet.

    Whats blooming?

    No frosts yet due to all the rain so I got some Tree Dahlias for a change. I used to grow them in Sydney and brought a couple up years ago. About 12ft tall.
