well it says high 3 and when i got the saw it was set to 1.5 so i moved it to 2 and well it has a half turn lock on it so im going to keep it there and play at bit i did noticed that it climbed rpm a lot smother and faster when i was at 2 turns out . pulled the muffler to look at the piston and...
thats the same site i used i just reset it back to what it came as im nervous about leaning it out too much. anything you can find out would be really helpful though thank you very much
does anyone know the high and low settings on the carb for this saw. when i went to tune the saw the high was 1.5 turns out and the low was 1 turn out. however the only site i could find any info on said the high should be at 3 turns out and the low to be 1.5 turns out. if anyone knows if thats...
So i bought the saw was able to get it for $450 has a 26 inch bar and a new chain unfortunatly he rocked the chain out pretty bad so i had to sharpen the crap out of it other wise looks pretty clean. tested compression and its on the lower side then i wanted at 150 psi. just did a couple test...
So far go him down to $500 going to check it out bringing a compression tester with me just for a little insurence i know it doesnt tell me everything about the saw but ever little bit counts when you buy used learned the hard way too many times.
looks like the year range is 2004-2009 correct me if im wrong. all the 05 guys that have made posts seem to have no issues with their saw so maybe it was fixed the following year to their first release.
Wwell im going to see if he goes for $500 it has a 28 inch bar on it now. oh yeah i was going to bring a compression tester with me if i look at it does anyone know what psi it should be at? the thing looks brand new from the picture and apparently its still in that same condition but as we all...
Wondering what you all think of the Husqvarna 575xp. Looking at one used for sale $600 Cad it looks brand new only been used but a home owner for one year. Im trying to find out what year it is. Just wondering if its a good saw for that kinda of money. Oh yeah i dont need any Stihl lovers saying...
you guys are too funny but very informative. i also dont like the master switch on the stihls it feels like its going to snap every time i go to start them.
that was the other saw i was looking at how ever i am a performance man i own many fast powerful toys and my tools are no exception either i held both saws same size bars and really liked the weight of the smaller 562 plus im a bit stubern when i get my mind stuck on something . i have been...
i also think 441 is a little more than i need. my dads 89 husqvarna 61 has worked well and i like that size my arms dont get burned out after a full day of bucking and splitting but that saw is getting a little tired these days.
plus i like the weight range of the 562 i picked one up and was shocked on how light it was no fuel or oil but 24 inch bar felt really nice and balanced.
