One of mine is set for 1min, just long enough to be in the middle of something "quick" for the light to go out.

I have motion lights on my garage. They are set to 1 minute, just enough time to get in the house. Of course, I'm not sure my neighbor can see them.

Light pollution sucks. The houses around mine always have the outside lights on, so you can't see anything at night due to the glare. Diffusers are a lost technology, but they are somewhat making a slow comeback.

My neighbor to the north a bit over 1/4 mile has a horse barn in line with my house. They put up a led outside light that was on all the time that looked liked the rising sun to me. I like to look at the night sky, northern lights, comets, etc. I finally found the right time to mention it...

Whenever I look at ads for machinery and the seller puts how this and that needs fixing, and it’d be really easy to do, I always think ‘just do it then’ Always give that sort of stuff a hard swerve.
