Enjoy, Rajan. There sure are some neat tricks to operating a mini. I'm very fortunate to observe the crane guy, and get yelled at by him when he doesn't like. :|: A great operator...super fast. Love the mini. No chipping, so the mini is indispensable.

Thanks, I've been looking into different wedges recently, the variation in resiliency, and what works best with steel inserts that you can do yourself. Not that it makes a heck of a lot of difference, but just interested. I do like the K an H brand. Wondering why some of the brands make their...

I've watched the vids all the way through, about to start again so hopefully more will sink in. I was slow at math too. :( A lot of the first time was just, "Wow, look at that big tree!".

Paul, I just bought a blade for my Silky Gomboy, the longer one. It was like twenty bucks. I could ask about the Zubat, they don't show that saw where I purchase.

Most manufacturers recommend cinching down the cylinder bolts after about ten hours of use. Most folks probably never do it. You know the heat expanding the metal against the factory torque. You can usually get at least a squeak or two. Not that the cylinder base would leak if you didn't do...

Interesting, I have been using a macro ascender...kind of large and it bangs around. Probably for that reason you don't much see them being sold anymore. Something smaller would be kewl.
