Got a call to remove a dead section of tree to keep the bees......turned into a emergency crane removal three days later........still got the bees though
Tree was a large Scarlett Oak.....dead on one side(4-5 years)....way over a roof on the other, right between two houses.

I just replaced the starter on my DT466 4400. When I first got the truck it would randomly miss sometimes.....progressively got worse. I ordered a new one and its about three times the size. Im not sure which one is gear reduced or not.

I just got a new ultralight Loomis pole and reel. My other rod/reel has been plaqued with tangles. Which line is better then braided stuff, flourocarbon or mono. I guess 4lb range line.
I wonder alson if Im overfilling the spool causing tangles...any thought?

Seems like every estimate I do folks ask this question. As if they a referring to how hungry I might be and therefore be cheaper. I matched a price the other day but it really sucked because the dudes that gave the other estiimate were not insured, and truthfully suck.

Broke a bolt on the upper vibe mount on a 046. It is the "lag thread" . I have tried drilling the screw.....no avail. Maybe my drill bit sucks? Is there a better way to get it out?. The part it is screwed to is plastic. "easy out" ? or craftsmen type?
I have tried to install the jug over the new piston/jug kit but I am having trouble. I broke one trying to compress it inward....:X. What am I doing wrong...it was simple last time I fixed my 036, but now it seems to be a PITA. Is there a trick to get the jug on? I know...I am a :what:
Thursday I used a 22 AT crane to take apart a dead oak. 40'ish at the base, but growing up through a Hickory we were trying to preservre. The tree was not very tall...like 75 maybe, and the crane could get close so I choose a 22ton.
It was a bitch since the hickory meant we had to make picks...
Finally...epic crane job is over.....
