You’re removing the ethanol yourself? I get ethanol free from the pump. Little bottle of Stihl synthetic is supposed to be added to a gallon of gas for 50:1. I use around .8 gallons for a 40:1.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the 5.4 Triton. Reliable and powerful enough for what I need. A K&N cold air intake kit seemed to get me an extra 1 or 1.5mpg. Not crazy gains I guess but still worth it.

My F250 (5.4) and SuperDuty (F450 I guess) are terrible. The SuperDuty has a 460 gas and it makes me want to cut myself when it’s under 3$ a gallon. The good news is I still got that 03 Corolla Virus. Lovely mileage. Plus the chicks dig it!
