My experience is that most people want 16", maybe fitting 18" or a little bigger.
For my house, I need to be sure to split it small enough to relate the heat output without overheating.
Stacking tall needs food control on lengths.
Maple leave ash, doug- fir sends comparable for heat, and magically burns to nothing. Seems maple leaves clinkers, too, but less compared to madrona.
Gotta be careful not to over-fire with madrona.
The ash will be ready, Kyle, right of the bat?
My supply will last for my house, and GF's stove and rental apt stove.
I need somebody to supply me a paid wood hauling job.
All the cedar and nice fir logs are piling up, but are for milling.
Rich, can you make a pneumatic caster base that you set the bin on? A lever and little trickery to jack it up enough to change bins without much trouble seems possible.
Gotta loosen your grip some, at the last split-second... take some of the rattle out of it.
I was recently trying the slight twist just before impact, too. Hard to know if that helps.
How much lift capacity does your mini have? How heavy is it? I'd hate to get totes and find out I'm out of capacity. My 50% lift is 1050 pounds. Machine without attachment weights 26xx pounds.
I'd like boat wrap around dry on 2/3 pallets, movable to near the door by machine.
My shed, 2 cords
In my field, 1 cord.
Gf got another 2/3s delivery. Supposedly, her she'd has 11 cord capacity. Her shed will be full now.
