You bought the Grizzly 450? I was looking at those but don’t want to drop the money yet. Could come in handy if I go full on Rogan and start bow hunting 😆. Found this the other day. https://sisuplunges.com/ Pricing seems to match up assuming the chiller is >2200

I’ve been slacking a lot on my work outs but still plunging daily. Thinking of getting a small commercial ice machine since the frozen jugs aren’t getting the water cold enough for my liking in the summer heat. I know the research says below 50F has no additional benefits but I prefer 40. I can...

the rise seems to align with when I started taking it. Docs haven’t said anything yet since it’s not considered high but it’s gone from 119/88 to 138/88 in six months. Most rise has been in the last three which is when I started. Also happens to be when I started seeing the endocrinologist...

Before starting and after an hour on a walnut removal yesterday. It was hot and miserable. Had it down and cleaned up by lunch. Had to grind and clean up the stump as well so that took a good while. Then I hauled some dirt for a co worker that started a retaining wall project at his home while...

I tried the LMNT before and do like it. I’ve been putting a quarter teaspoon of Himalayan salt in 32 ounces of water and chugging that before breakfast and it has helped a lot. Alas, I need to find something else because it raised my blood pressure quite a bit. Maybe I’ll try Celtic sea salt...

What's the weather like in your neck of the woods?

90’s and humid. Makes everyone grouchy. I’ll say it so Sean doesn’t have to…. Coolvest for the win

Found something unexpected today. Made a few calls and they were able to relocate the hive. This was after finding a doe and fawn in a small fenced area resting under a fallen tree. That was a fiasco trying to get the fawn out through a gate since it couldn’t jump the fence.

    Beech leaf disease

Not a lot but I’m not in the woods as often as I’d like. It seems to not be very common in the residential setting. Of course beech aren’t that common in my area residentially. Apparently Ohio was mostly beech and maple forest originally. Your pics show it for sure. I’ll check next time I’m...

    How'd it go today?

Kind of looks like a type of snap ring in there. I know the box store type splitters are built to discourage repairs. It’s been a great day. Easy crane removals and then lots of work at the house. Kids all rode around on the four wheelers while the wife and I tended to the garden. Had hot...

Nice easy crane removals in a retirement community today. I even dusted off my spurs and harness today for the first one. Chased the pill the entire time and kept the ground busy. Felt good but I’m paying for it now. I think I’m going to charge an admission fee for the show next time we’re in...

Glad you enjoyed Kid Rock @cory. It’s been a good number of years since I saw him in concert. He puts on a great show. Also a somewhat interesting individual.

    How'd it go today?

Having another great day enjoying the Great Smoky Mountains. We’ve done a lot of hiking which had great views with an abundance of wildlife. We did a good bit of swimming in the cold streams and rivers. It takes to long to load photos so those will have to wait. Just going to relax the rest...

Lots of rain today. Didn’t help the job at all. Going to be doubling up the mats tomorrow to get the crane in
