I wonder how many tries to get that right?
A former boss used to give me crap for riding my four wheeler in the cold. Then he'd go to Canada and ride snowmobiles at -30.
Awesome. Those bikes must be beasts. My riding buddies upgraded from TRX400EXs to the 450Rs when they first came out. Can't imagine what that's like in a bike today.
I only had one, a Suzuki DR650, which I used for the entirety of my four month motorcycling career. Wish I had it back. Might actually be for sale, the family friend I sold it to passed away this year. I think I'll pass.
I know a guy that had a few Nortons. One in particular was always trying to kill him. The last straw was when the clutch handle broke at a stop light and shot him out into the intersection into a truck.
I saw this at the pump last night. 1947 Indian. I think it must be a Chief. Foot clutch, hand shift. My grandfather had one when he was sixteen. Laid it down and spent six weeks in bed recovering.
I'd like to do that someday, but maybe in a nice Cummins diesel. I'm not sure I want to ride on major highways. I need to get out and see the country someday, I've never been further West than the middle of PA.
I pissed of a Harley rider once when I was talking about seeing some nice BMWs and how quiet and smooth they were.:D I had a friend once that had a "Harley Parking" sign at his gas station. He would put speedi dri on the ground in front of it. :/:
