I saw someone on TV hit the bottom of the new handle into the new hammer head while holding the new handle...
basically hold it upside down and hit the new handle in. They used a rubber mallet. :)

Sure miss the spud shovel for tear offs, and comp or shake... My dad was a roofer and it scared me to be a tree guy. I never saw a harness for 4 summers in high school.
The only thing I dont like about the anchor knot is the termination point leaves at a side angle to the main part of rope... I use a double fisherman's cause the tail goes parallel w main part of line.

Jack stands freak me out.. I try to throw a big round under the pumpkin... I had a suburban fall in my lap as I was changing the front tire... luckily I had one leg on each side of the wheel. :) Lucky as it twere.
Weird... yeah... yesterday we were in the park and watching a coyote.... stupid coyote advanced toward us and Bandit off leash took off after it and chased it back into some deep brush before he came back with a huge smile tongue out like "Yeah Buddy!" I think Bandit could bring a coyote or 2 down.
I went to the market in Morocco and paid a Dude $1 to poop in a hole with a door... incredible. There were 2 raised foot pads to squat on. Nevermind the spigot to wash your fingers. Try to stay left handed.
