    The squeals on the last clip were because the land dropped away towards a cabin. One of the lumps I knocked off rolled that way and wedged in between the trees and was a bugger to cut up. Hence the delight after we built a little catchers mitt to keep the log off the floor and rolling sideways.

    Not posted in this thread for a while. Climbed and dismantled a decent sized spruce today. Had Haakon out with us helping in the ground. Surprisingly sound timber as at that size they are often decayed round these parts.

    Tough question. I assume reflective tint on windows on top of IR absorbing coating, and either face mask or a face shield with the same coatings, but then you stand out just by wearing weird stuff. Light altering coatings on licence plates is probably illegal. Get enough people riled up against...

    I've done it a tiny bit, above 45⁰ north latitude when it was in the 70s. Then, I mitigated.
