It's a good one. My father swore by it. Born and raised in Charleston, S.C....which is about as close to being an Englishman as someone from the states can get, or so it was in his generation :).

Roof does appear to be holding water, but more like ponding due to sag than poor drainage. Sell them gutter cleaning anyway :)...can't hurt.
