    I use Fusion steel D biners from Wesspur. Heavy and wide. Good for advancing the rope up/ around the tree with or without a weight, wide enough (I think) to pass an overhand stopper knot for retreival of the leather tube. I often clip my steel termination biner to the throw line weight ring...

    Alcohol and fire are a dangerous combo. Poor judgment and fire are a disaster waiting to happen. I rented a room in my house one winter. She did Not use the wood stove.

    Springy! No precip. Some fog. Might work in a jacket, but be a bit sweaty. Wind exposed areas fir projects.
