    How'd it go today?

Funny story- this summer I stopped by a tree job in town, a huge dead elm removal with 110t crane reaching over house, had a nice chat with the owner later on. ALL of his equipment is HUGE. Some of our chat involved his rates for the equipment on site as well as other grapple saws etc off site...

    How'd it go today?

I’d say it’s mostly ego for most bc it takes tens of thousands if not millions followers to make any $

They don’t look like palms, but they are equally difficult to deal with and the wood turns to sponge. I suppose they can look cool, and supply shade. Lots of them east of us with the ironwood.

In my own visits to the desert regions of the SW, I have always found palo verde to be an attractive tree, though by my standards more of a shrub :). Except when festooned with wind-blown plastic bags and sheeting :D. I'm much more likely to appreciate a native species over a non-native...

    How'd it go today?

It could easily be a combination, I think. A true enough individual doing tree work, but making bits and bobs of click bait alongside the reality. I don't have the knowledge, nor the interest frankly, to figure out how these social media sites translate into income for their owners, but it...

AZ state tree is Palo Verde Stephen maintains a few down the hill from us that are really nicely structured, if small. You live in a strange place, if they prune their Palo Verde to look like palms.

    How'd it go today?

The link posted looks fairly genuine, but I'm a bit of a cynic. The little clip with the jackhammer raised an eyebrow, since I've never encountered a jackhammer on a tree job, and I don't understand why the crew is letting her wrestle a tool that weighs more than she does.

Interesting take. Could be true but the link posted seems rather involved to be fake

    SRS noobie question

Boss rocks a hitch hiker, no wrench, no change. Very smooth system, very well dialed, very compact. I use a Unicender, all of the above apply, with the added thrill of occasional drops if you bump the device wrong, as the boss likes to preach. An Akimbo with a rope it likes is hard to beat. I...
