    Wood stove heat

Yoooo. Question here. Now that I'm retreaded, I'm burning a lot of wood everyday. And I'm happy to report btw that my wood supply is working out quite well I think bc I made sure to cut all pieces reasonably short to help with the 100% hand splitting and I split all pieces a lot as in no big...

Got a good source for Stihl parts online?

The chain I have now is skip. I don't remember where it came from, it's probably 20 years old. Very unlikely to find skip, or 105 dl locally.

    Exercise

I haven’t really made it a point to eat more protein. I do eat my three eggs most mornings though. Mostly I’ve just been cutting out as much processed and ultra processed as possible.

For the 395 I recommend skip chain. It's all I run on both the 395 and 372. Since it only takes 3-4 minutes to touch it up, I tend to sharpen more often. Typically if the chain needs tightening then it also needs a touchup.

I have been wondering about Xcut. The regular Oregon is too soft, I know that much.

I ran Stihl chain for 30 years. A couple years ago when I bought a new 395xp it came with Husqvarna x-cut chain. I liked it so much I bought a roll. Very nice chain, just about as hard as Stihl chain, very little stretch. And it is about half the price. Check out Stahl's, they sell by the loop...

    Wall of Shame: Wannabe Experts

Agreed, coupled with a too heavy piece and brittle/half dead wood for rigging points.
