    The last time ran my backpack blower, the lever and hardware for the adjustable handle went walkabout. I was expecting to have to buy a new pistol grip, but Stihl had a kit with all three pieces and it was only $11.87 out the door. A bit surprised. It must be an issue if they have a kit. :/:

    Green and healthy: it hinges pretty well for swinging limbs. Dead or dying: not so much, they can be brittle or punky. For swinging limbs away from targets I’d use a pull line or even a polesaw to push or pull in the right direction.

    As long as I knew there were no pipelines I’d slam it where I live. Ground might as well be concrete. That being said, a guy flopped a huge Euc in the next town over and broke a water main.

    Yes, with that break in the slope, it would hit the street hard. The right amount of fluff and flatness are needed.
