Gaskets arrived at 2:00. I got the fuel system moved to the new head, then had other fires to put out. It's 30* and dropping, so no mechanicing by flashlight tonight. I'm pretty confident I can get it together tomorrow, but we all know about feeling confident.

The last time ran my backpack blower, the lever and hardware for the adjustable handle went walkabout. I was expecting to have to buy a new pistol grip, but Stihl had a kit with all three pieces and it was only $11.87 out the door. A bit surprised. It must be an issue if they have a kit. :/:

Applied for a maintenance position at the ski area this evening. I used to work there seasonally 20 years ago. This is full time with benefits. I'm curious to see what it turns out to be and what the pay is.
