Might threaten with a lawyer, see if you can get a lawyer bud to send an official looking email for cheap. That usually gets results from unresponsive businesses. They know it's not worth loosing lots more $.
I just had an idea: I wonder if it is a practical/common practice to wear lead weights around the wrists, knees, ankles, and a lead vest for exercising during regular daily activity, so you can take it off and be faster an stronger?
