Nothing fancy. 1/4" pitch conversion and West Coast Saws dogs on my 193t!! Put on a new sprocket nose and clutch assembly part (little clippy thing that holds a clutch 'plate') on my 261. Air in the tires. Helped my neighbor clean his shop a little.

I think the million-dollar part is a stab at humor, but the actual work is pretty amazing. The kid is no sawyer, but he sure can rehab a hunk of junk. About half an hourish, but you can skip ahead now and then and get the jist pretty well.
