    I did. Looks like 💩 . Should have started small…why I don’t prune. Got a piece of bark stuck in my eyelid at a real bad time too and couldn’t get it out, had to go to eye Dr. this am.

    I'd stick with a class 1 rope construction, poly/nylon. As long as its strong enough, it's fairly well up to you, it would seem.

    i use platinum protect from teufelberger. cover and core are interwoven. but any burly polyester 16 strand will do the job. and when in doubt, for 2€ you get a new one.

    I used bar oil on mine, saturated the crap out of it. It seemed to work better than mink oil.
